Lindsey Filer

Lindsey graduated with a degree in Law and a postgraduate diploma in Human Resource Management, starting her HR career with Philips Electronics on their Graduate scheme.

Lindsey has now worked in HR for over 20 years moving from Philips Electronics to manufacturing with Tetley Tea and then into Financial Services. She has spent 15 years with Santander working in a variety of HR roles including Business Partnering, Organisational Design and Talent and then ultimately becoming the Head of HR for the Santander Services Business.
