Victoria Hale

Victoria Hale, Assoc. CIPD, currently serves as the Deputy Senior HR Manager and HR & Inclusion Manager at the Northern Health and Social Care Trust. Prior to this, Victoria completed a Trainee Management Scheme in Human Resources & Organisational Development at the Business Services Organisation. Victoria also has experience as an Intern at the Northern Ireland Public Service Ombudsman's Office and previously worked at Sainsbury's. Victoria holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Criminology from Queen's University Belfast and a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management and Services from Ulster University.
