Sandy Oklen, PMP, has extensive experience in systems analysis and technical support within the healthcare sector, currently serving as a Senior Systems Analyst at Northern Health - BC since August 2012. Prior roles at Northern Health include Application Technical Analyst and Clinical Application Support Analyst. Sandy worked as a Deskside Technician at ISM Canada from April 2011 to August 2012 and gained foundational skills as a Client Support Analyst, Phone Support Analyst, and Client Service Specialist at Northern Health Authority from February 2007 to March 2011. Sandy's educational background includes a Graduate Certificate of Management from the Australian Institute of Business and a degree in Computer Information Systems from the College of New Caledonia.
