Steve Raper

Steve has almost 15 years of experience leading teams and managing communications, public relations, marketing and promotions, external relations, and other related functions. He has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Northern British Columbia and a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from Royal Roads University.

Steve also holds a certification in a public consultation from the International Association for Public Participation.
