Ricardo Trujillo

Ricardo Trujillo has over 25 years of experience in community and economic development, currently serving as the Director of Community & Economic Development at Nicor Gas since December 2014. In this role, Ricardo manages a team of Regional Community Affairs Managers to enhance community relations, support infrastructure projects, and foster volunteerism and workforce development. Previous positions include roles as Assistant to the President & CEO, Manager of Customer Solutions, and Manager of Billing Services at Nicor Gas, where responsibilities ranged from customer account management to overseeing critical projects related to corporate strategy. Earlier in the career, Ricardo worked for the City of Naperville in various positions, including Project Manager and Code Enforcement Officer, managing commercial development projects and facilitating communication among stakeholders. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Master's Certificate in Leadership Studies from North Central College.
