Anahi Troncoso

Anahi Troncoso serves as the Regional Coordinator at Northern Illinois Special Recreation Association (NISRA) since May 2024, following a role as a Therapeutic Recreation Intern at Western DuPage Special Recreation Association (WDSRA) earlier that year. Previous experience includes a Fall Wildlife Intern position at Anderson Humane, where Anahi gained hands-on knowledge in wildlife rehabilitation, and a Sales Associate role at The UPS Store, assisting customers with product inquiries. Anahi has also contributed as a General Programs Assistant at Fox Valley Special Recreation Association, engaging individuals with disabilities, and as a Swim Instructor at Goldfish Swim School, delivering swim lessons through interactive methods. Anahi's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Therapeutic Recreation and Human Animal Studies from Aurora University, complemented by a high school diploma from Elgin High School.
