Deb Brucker

Deb Brucker serves as the Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition and Development at Intapp since October 2022, where leadership focuses on innovative talent strategies and AI-enhanced recruitment to optimize organizational growth and employee engagement. In addition, Brucker is a member of the President's Advisory Council at Northern Illinois University, collaborating closely with President Dr. Lisa C. Previously, Brucker held the position of Vice President of Learning and Development at American Express, overseeing strategies for a global workforce of over 36,000. At Citi, Brucker was the Global Head of HR Learning & Performance Advisory and also served as Director of the Consumer Learning Organization, driving talent optimization and learning strategies. Brucker's earlier career includes the role of Chief Learning Officer at Fifth Third Bank and Head of Human Resources at DaimlerChrysler Financial Services, focusing on HR strategy and leadership development across North America. Brucker holds an MBA from DePaul University's Driehaus College of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Northern Illinois University.
