Ian Burns

Ian Burns is an experienced academic with a strong background in history, holding a PhD in British/Irish History from Northern Illinois University, where research and teaching roles have been undertaken since 2012. Currently serving as a Research Assistant since August 2016 and previously as a Graduate Teaching Assistant from June 2012 to May 2016, Ian has developed expertise in history education. Additionally, a Master of Arts with Distinction in History was earned from DePaul University, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History from Miami University.
