Rachel Boldman

Rachel Boldman, Ed.D., currently serves as the Assistant Vice President for Student Affairs at Northern Illinois University since February 2024. Previously, Boldman held the position of Director of Student Engagement and Support and Title IX Coordinator at McHenry County College from October 2017 to January 2024, with an earlier role as Director of Crisis Intervention and Prevention Services. Additionally, Boldman was the Consulting Director for Student Counseling Services at Stetson University in 2023 and the Director of Student Counseling Services and Mental Health Counselor from 2013 to 2017 at the same institution. Boldman began the professional journey as a Program Therapist at Halifax Health and served as a Family Case Manager at One Hope United. Academically, Boldman earned a Doctor of Education in Higher Education Administration from Northern Illinois University and holds a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies and Music from Stetson University.
