Tara Frost

Tara Frost is an accomplished project management professional with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as Associate Director of Project Management at Northern Illinois University since February 2018, Tara has managed multi-million dollar construction projects at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital - ALSAC and established T Frost Consulting, catering to small businesses' project management and web design needs. Previous roles include terminal scheduler at Buckeye Partners and senior energy scheduler at World Fuel Services, where Tara managed inventory and optimization projects. Tara also holds a Master of Science in Management and Leadership and a Bachelor of Science in Business - Information Technology Management from Western Governors University, complemented by an Associate of Arts from College of DuPage.
