Natasha Koss is a Development Coordinator at Northern Initiatives. Natasha has over ten years of experience in the environmental non-profit sector, with a focus on grant writing, program management, and marketing and communications.

Natasha began their career in 2004 as Development Coordinator for the Leelanau Conservancy, where they worked closely with the Land Protection staff to prioritize fund raising efforts. In 2006, they joined the Superior Watershed Partnership as Program Manager, where they were responsible for grant writing, management of climate change programs, and marketing and communications.

In their current role at Northern Initiatives, Natasha is responsible for coordinating the organization's fund development efforts, including grants, individual giving, and special events. Natasha also manages the organization's website and social media presence.

Natasha Koss has a Master of Science in Biology/Biological Sciences from Northern Michigan University and a Bachelor of Science in Ecology from Northern Michigan University. Natasha also has a certification from The Fund Raising School at Indiana University in Certification in Fund Raising Management.
