Ciaran Crozier

Ciaran Crozier has over three decades of experience in the water and wastewater sector. Currently serving as Public Private Partnerships Contracts Manager at Northern Ireland Water since November 2003, Ciaran has acted as the client project sponsor for two major 25-year Private Finance projects with a combined capital value of £232 million. Prior to this role, Ciaran worked as Senior Projects Sponsor at DRD (NI) Water Service from 1999 to 2003, where responsibilities included managing project resources for high-value water and wastewater capital procurement projects exceeding £40 million. Ciaran's career began at DRD NI Water Service in 1990 as Design Manager, leading an in-house design procurement unit on various infrastructure projects and gaining extensive knowledge in water and wastewater process design. Ciaran holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering from Queen's University Belfast.
