Head Of Human Resources Operations at Northern Ireland Water

Helen Devlin (MCIPD) has a comprehensive work experience, starting with their current role as the Head of Human Resources Operations at Northern Ireland Water since August 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Belfast City Council, initially as a Senior Specialist in Employee Relations from March 2006 to August 2012, and later as the Principal HR Advisor from August 2012 to August 2021. Before joining Belfast City Council, Helen was the Human Resources Manager at SAM Mouldings from October 2005 to March 2006. Helen also gained experience as a Human Resources Assistant at RFD Beaufort from January 2003 to October 2005.

Helen Devlin (MCIPD) obtained their Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Ulster University in 2006. Prior to that, they completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Queen's University Belfast between 2003 and 2005. Helen also holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in Law from Queen's University Belfast, which they earned from 1999 to 2002.
