Jessica Sellers

Jessica Sellers is a seasoned instructional designer with extensive experience in developing instructional materials and managing training programs. Currently serving as a Sr. Instructional Designer at Divisions Maintenance Group since May 2019, Jessica has created comprehensive knowledge bases and collaborated with subject matter experts to tailor impactful learning experiences. Additionally, Jessica is an Undergraduate Psychology Instructor at Northern Kentucky University, where course content focuses on personality psychology. With a background that includes roles as a Graduate Assistant, Organizational Development Intern, and various positions related to training coordination and human resources, Jessica combines a strong academic foundation in psychology with practical expertise in organizational training and development. Jessica holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Psychology from Northern Kentucky University.
