Valerie Gray Hardcastle currently serves as the Vice President of Health Innovation at Northern Kentucky University, focusing on improving health outcomes and fostering economic growth in the region through transdisciplinary health innovation and advocacy for local citizens. Previously, Valerie was the Academic Director of the Weaver Institute for Law and Psychiatry at the University of Cincinnati College of Law, where responsibilities included managing budgets and academic programming at the intersection of law, neuroscience, and psychiatry. As Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Cincinnati, Valerie enhanced the institution's standing and supported various educational and scholarly initiatives.
