Kim Clemons

Kim Clemons, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in human resources management. Currently, Clemons holds the position of Director of Human Resources, Safety, Facilities & Fleet at the Northern Kentucky Water District, a role they have held since January 2021. Prior to this, Clemons served as a Human Resources Manager at the Kenton County Airport Board for over twelve years. In this position, Clemons was responsible for managing the daily HR operations and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. Clemons also provided counseling and developed solutions for managers, supervisors, and employees regarding HR-related issues.

Kim Clemons, SHRM-SCP, obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Thomas More University. In 2015, Clemons achieved the SHRM-SCP certification from the Society for Human Resource Management. Currently, Clemons is pursuing certifications in Certified Benefit Professional (In process) from WorldatWork and Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) (In process) from WorldatWork. Additionally, Clemons holds a certification as a Certified Presenter of InsideOut Coaching from InsideOut Development.
