George Eaton

George F. Eaton, Esq. is a senior vice president and chief legal officer for Northern Light Health.

As a member of the senior management team, George provides governance and legal advice to the Northern Light Health boards and leadership teams across the system. He oversees a legal department that provides legal advice to all Northern Light Health member organizations across the entire spectrum of legal issues faced by the healthcare system constituents.

His background includes decades of experience in corporate, commercial, and finance transactions, including acquisitions and joint ventures.
