Joey Ouellette

Joey Ouellette, PMHNP-BC, is a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner at Northern Maine Medical Center since November 2019, specializing in diagnosing and treating mental health conditions across the lifespan. Prior to this role, Joey provided direct quality care on psychiatric and med/surge units, conducting intake assessments and developing treatment plans for children and adults. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Psychiatric/Mental Health Nursing from Walden University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Maine at Fort Kent. Joey has a diverse background in the insurance industry, having held positions such as Senior LTD Analyst and Long Term Disability Claims Specialist, as well as experience as a Non-Commissioned Officer in the United States Marine Corps, managing operational and financial processes.
