Jessica Arrington, CAM, CAA, has extensive experience in the healthcare sector, currently serving as the Senior Director of Revenue Cycle at Northern Regional Hospital since May 2004. With progressive roles in Patient Access, Jessica oversees various activities related to patient registration, pre-services, and customer service, ensuring satisfaction and financial goals are met. Additional experience includes serving as an adjunct instructor at Surry Community College, President of the North Carolina Association of Healthcare Access Management, and a Guardian ad Litem for the North Carolina Court System District 17B. Jessica holds an Associate of Arts in Health Care Administration from the University of Phoenix and has previously worked in billing and inventory management roles.
