Victoria Hurley is an experienced professional in program design, staff management, and budget oversight. Currently serving as a Camping Executive at Northern Star Scouting, BSA since November 2018, Victoria has a diverse background that includes positions such as Worship Coordinator at Embrace Church and Communications Coordinator at Baby Baby MN. Previous roles include EMT at Children's Minnesota and Recreation Lead at Edina Public Schools. Victoria has also contributed as Leadership in Training Director at YMCA Day Camp Kici Yapi and as an Arts Educator at ISD 196, focusing on enhancing students' success in theatre and arts programs. Victoria holds a Bachelor of Science in Recreation Administration from the University of Minnesota and has a solid foundation from Inver Hills Community College and Eastview High School.

Northern Star Council, headquartered in the Twin Cities of Minneapolis/St. Paul, serves more than 32,000 young people in 21 counties across central Minnesota and four counties in western Wisconsin. More than 21,000 additional youth participants were served at Base Camp and other properties. The council is among the five largest in the United States and is led by over 21,000 volunteers. More than 1,100 community organizations, representing educational, religious, non-profit, civic, and business organizations join in partnership with Northern Star Council by chartering 1,417 Scouting units (packs, troops, teams, crews, posts and groups). The Northern Star Council was created through the merger of the former Viking (Minneapolis) and Indianhead (St. Paul) Councils on July 1, 2005.
