Sarah Reilly

Sarah Reilly has extensive legal experience, currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel and Joint Company Secretary at Northern Star Resources Limited since June 2018. Reilly's prior roles include Senior Legal Counsel and Assistant Company Secretary at the same company, Corporate Counsel on secondment at Resolute Mining Limited and Aquila Resources Pty Ltd, and Solicitor in M&A and Projects at King & Wood Mallesons. Additionally, Reilly has been a Governance Committee Member for Swan Districts Football Club and held roles with the French Australian Lawyers Society and Perth Young Professionals Inc. Reilly began their career as a Law Graduate at Minter Ellison and has a robust educational background with an LLB/BA from The University of Western Australia and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from The College of Law Australia.
