Clare Brock

Clare Brock is an experienced talent acquisition professional with over two decades of expertise in recruitment. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Head of Talent Acquisition for North America at Northern Trust Corporation since November 2007, Clare has held various leadership roles within the company, including SVP of Global Talent Acquisition Operations and SVP Global Talent Acquisition Project Manager. Prior to joining Northern Trust, Clare worked at Capital Consulting as a Senior Recruiter with onsite roles at major clients such as Bank of America and EMI Music, and also held positions at Citi, Lawson Williams Consulting Group, SEEK, and Michael Page. Clare's educational background includes a degree from the University of Melbourne.
