Jacob Austin

Jacob Austin is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in network and cloud security across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Principal Solutions Consultant at Northern Trust Corporation since May 2022, Jacob previously held prominent roles at Allstate from 2013 to 2022, including Network, CaaS, and Cloud Security Architect, where notable projects included multi-platform CaaS security and the implementation of Zero Trust principles. Earlier experience at Allstate involved designing perimeter infrastructure and troubleshooting network issues. Jacob's career began with internships in network administration and system engineering while pursuing degrees at Purdue University and DePaul University, culminating in a Master’s degree in Computer and Information Network Security.
