Jolita Laurinaviciute

Jolita Laurinaviciute, CAMS, currently serves as the 2nd Vice President of Global AML Compliance at Northern Trust Corporation, a position held since October 2022, focusing on AML advisory and senior analyst responsibilities. Prior to this role, Jolita was with Wintrust Financial Corporation from October 2018 to September 2022, progressing from Sr. BSA Governance & Quality Assurance Officer to various positions including BSA Analyst II and BSA EDD Specialist. Earlier experience includes roles at Wintrust Bank Chicago as a Personal Banker and significant legal experience at DNB as Legal Counsel and at Tark Grunte Sutkiene as a Legal Assistant. Jolita began a professional career as an Assistant to the General Manager at Williams Lietuva from February 2000 to January 2003. Jolita holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Business Law and a Bachelor of Science in Law and Management from Mykolas Romeris University, completed in 2012 and 2003 respectively.
