Ma Kristel Joy Marcelo, CPA, has extensive experience in international tax within Northern Trust Corporation since October 2014, currently serving as Second Vice President and Section Manager. In this role, responsibilities include reviewing client withholding tax entitlements, guiding clients to maximize tax benefits, and fulfilling duties as a technical coordinator and senior financial analyst for custody reconciliations.
