Lenin Cruz, CISSP, is an accomplished senior executive with extensive experience in information security and data protection. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Global Identity Access Management & Data Security at Northern Trust Corporation since July 2021, Lenin leads a team of over 80 professionals. Previously, Lenin held key positions at USAA, Barclays Investment Bank, Connect America, HireRight, Merrill & Associates, and Avaya. Notably, Lenin directed USAA's Sensitive Data Protection Program and managed enterprise IT for HireRight, overseeing significant revenue streams and multiple data centers. Academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration from Webster University and a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Chapman University.
