Mikeela Williams

Mikeela Williams has extensive experience in the financial services industry, currently serving as Vice President and Senior Learning Consultant at Northern Trust Corporation since October 2010. Over the years, Mikeela has held various leadership roles, including Vice President of National Trainer for the Trust & Advisory Practice and 2nd Vice President positions leading teams in account management and fiduciary services. Prior to Northern Trust, Mikeela worked at Fifth Third Bank and JPMorgan Chase & Co. in customer-focused roles. Mikeela is pursuing a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and Management from Lewis University and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Columbia College Chicago, as well as a certification in DISC & Motivators Coaching. Additionally, an Illinois Real Estate License has been obtained from I Love Real Estate School.
