Tomasz Stadnik

Tomasz Stadnik currently serves as SVP of Data Metrics and Analytics at Northern Trust since September 2023. Prior to this role, Tomasz worked at E*TRADE from Morgan Stanley as part of the Analytics, Modeling & Decision Sciences team from January 2020 to September 2023, where responsibilities included identifying insights for decision makers, managing business-critical dashboards, and leading cross-team data initiatives. Earlier experience includes a managerial role at BMO Private Bank, where Tomasz focused on delivering insights for customer relationship management and developing reporting dashboards. At Mattersight Corporation, initial roles included a managerial position overseeing projects and resources, as well as an analyst role that involved working with unstructured data and improving offerings. Tomasz holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Northwestern University, earned between 2005 and 2009.
