Emily Weatherholtz

Emily Weatherholtz is a dedicated social work professional currently serving as a Therapeutic Foster Care Case Manager at Northern Virginia Family Service since January 2022. In this role, Emily manages a caseload and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized treatment plans, conduct home visits, and ensure adherence to relevant standards. Previous experience includes serving as a Case Manager at Single Moms Society, where Emily conducted intake assessments and maintained client records while also researching resources for single parents. As an Intensive In-Home Counselor at Compass Counseling Services of NOVA, Emily implemented treatment plans for youth aged 5-18 and provided crisis intervention.
