Tamar Lawrence

Tamar Lawrence is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in immigration law and civil rights. Currently serving as Managing Attorney at Northern Virginia Family Service since July 2021, Tamar previously held positions as Associate Attorney at Dyer Immigration Law Group, P.C. and at Fayad Law, P.C. Tamar started the legal career as a Postgraduate Fellow at the Virginia Department of Labor and Industry, focusing on occupational safety and health laws. Additional experience includes roles as a legal intern at the EEOC and research assistant at William & Mary Law School. Tamar holds a Juris Doctor from William & Mary Law School and a BA in History and Spanish Literature from Cornell University.
