Brad Doane has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Brad started their career in the United States Air Force as a Strategic Aircraft Maintenance Specialist. After leaving the military, Brad worked as a Product Specialist at Karl Suss America, Inc, where they focused on performing quality tests and supporting both old and new designs for customized test equipment in the semiconductor industry. Brad then moved on to Pulmac Instruments International, where they served as a Production Manager, responsible for scheduling and planning production in a job shop setting for a manufacturer of custom test instruments in the pulp and paper industry.
Brad's career then took him to the Blodgett Oven Company, where they held the position of Senior Engineer/Project Manager. In this role, they led multidisciplinary teams in the research and development of new technology and custom applications for the food service industry. Brad also tracked costs and timelines, allocated resources, and reported progress to internal and external stakeholders.
Following their time at the Blodgett Oven Company, Brad joined Green Mountain Wood Products as a Plant Manager. Here, they managed a team of production personnel and was responsible for day-to-day production planning, facilities management, safety coordination, employee recruitment, and performance reviews.
After a brief stint at IDX Systems Corp as a Lead EDI Analyst, where they led a team and provided frontline customer support, Brad transitioned to their role at GE Healthcare as an Implementation Project Manager. Over the course of seven years, they managed multiple projects and initiatives, implementing new products and process improvements using Six Sigma and Lean principles. Brad successfully led a 13-member team on a large federal mandate project, ensuring on-time completion.
Most recently, Brad has been working at RCxRules as a Project Manager, where they have been responsible for project management duties, contributing to the success of the company.
Currently, Brad is employed at Northfield Savings Bank VT as the Vice President of Process Improvement and Project Manager. Brad'srole involves leading process improvement initiatives and overseeing project management activities.
Brad Doane completed an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology at Vermont Technical College from 1988 to 1990.
