Thomas Leavitt

Thomas Leavitt currently serves as President & CEO of Northfield Savings Bank, a position held since October 2014. Prior to this role, Thomas was the President & CEO of MountainOne from 2012 to 2014 and served as Executive Vice President and Sr. Vice President at Merchants Bank from 1996 to 2012. Experience also includes serving as President of SafetyMaster Corporation for a brief period in 1995-1996, as well as various roles at Barnes Group Inc. including General Manager and District Manager from 1990 to 1995. Earlier in their career, Thomas worked as a Business Development Officer at Merchants Bank and held positions at Congoleum Corporation. Thomas holds an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S. from the University of New Hampshire.
