Felicia Grigsby

Felicia Grigsby, M.A., currently serves as a Senior Social Media & Content Specialist at Northgate Resorts since December 2022, having previously held the role of Social Media & Content Specialist. Prior experience includes serving as a Communications Assistant at The Mueller Law Group and holding multiple positions at Michigan State University, including Social Media Manager and Marketing and Communications Assistant. Felicia contributed as a Sports Content Writer for The Black Sheep and served as a Crew Leader at Sparty's, where exceptional customer service was emphasized. Additionally, Felicia directed Spartan Ambassadors, managing prospective student tours, and gained early experience as a server at Windmill Restaurant. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Strategic Communication and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, both obtained from Michigan State University.
