Joe Grandstaff is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in various managerial and chef roles. Currently serving as General Manager at Northgate Resorts since January 2023, Joe has previously held significant positions including Restaurant Chef at Harrah's Cherokee Casino Resort and Executive Sous Chef at Charleston Harbor Resort & Marina. Joe's career also includes roles as Sous Chef at both Morrison Healthcare and Cherokee Casino, along with a General Manager position at Casa Escobar. Joe's culinary journey began with an Associate's Degree in Culinary Arts from the Alain & Marie Lenotre School Of Culinary Arts, with notable experience as Chef/Cheese Master at Kroger/Murrays Cheese and Head Chef at Diet Gourmet/Tru Meals. Since 2004, Joe has also worked as a private Chef.
