Lalit Ratnala

Lalit Ratnala serves as the Chief Growth Officer at NorthLadder since December 2021, focusing on full funnel business growth, marketing, and global expansion. Prior to this role, Lalit held positions such as Director of Digital, Growth, and Enterprise Partnerships at MAGRABi, where significant contributions were made to transform the company into the region's largest omnichannel player in the eyewear fashion sector. Lalit also served as Head of PMO for Omnichannel at Landmark Group, managing complex transformational projects across the MENA region, and worked as a Business Consultant for Jumbo Group, focusing on large-scale logistics solutions. Earlier career experiences include roles at Bayt as a Business Strategy Consultant and HCL Technologies as a Lead Software Engineer. Lalit holds an MBA in Operations and Project Management from the Institute of Management Technology, Dubai, and a BTech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Anna University Chennai.
