Jodi Dahlgren has a diverse work experience in the human resources field. Jodi is currently the Director of Human Resources at NorthLakes Community Clinic since December 2020. Prior to that, they held the same position at Swedish Hospital from 2017 to 2020.
Before joining Swedish Hospital, Jodi worked at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago, starting in 2005. Jodi held various roles, including Manager of Talent Acquisition and HR Compliance, Senior Human Resources Consultant, Human Resources Generalist, and Human Resources Consultant/Recruiter. In these positions, they were responsible for managing talent acquisition, recruitment strategies, employee engagement, compensation issues, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
Jodi also gained prior recruitment experience at Resurrection Health Care from 2001 to 2005.

Jodi Dahlgren, PHR, SHRM-CP completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resources Management and Services at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications relating to their field. In 2003, they earned the Professional in Human Resources certification from HRCI. Jodi then went on to achieve the Human Resources Generalist Certificate from the Society of Human Resources Management in March 2011. Lastly, in June 2015, they obtained the Certified Professional in Human Resources, SHRM-CP, certification from the Society of Human Resources Management.
