Donato Monaco has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. From 2002 to 2022, they held various roles at The Hartford, including VP of Business Development, VP of Small Business Group Benefits, and VP of Group Reinsurance Plus. Donato also worked for Northland Insurance as President and for Travelers as an Insurance Executive. In addition, Donato served as a Board Member for Covenant Preparatory School and the Greater Hartford Literacy Council.
Donato Monaco received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the College of the Holy Cross. Donato then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration degree in General Management from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. Prior to their college education, Donato Monaco attended Wethersfield High School.
