Benjamin Nida has a diverse work experience in various industries. Benjamin started their career in 2013 as an Interactions Analyst at Auto iLead, Inc., where they evaluated customer information and provided accurate responses. In 2014, Benjamin became a Property Manager and Leasing Professional at Firmus Management, managing leasing, accounting, and marketing efforts while maintaining a high occupancy rate during a community renovation. Benjamin continued their career at The Medve Group, Inc. as a Property Manager and Leasing Professional, where they exceeded sales goals and achieved excellent resident retention rates. In 2017, Benjamin joined Carpet Fashions as an Account Executive, managing commercial flooring projects and building strong relationships with developers in New York City. Benjamin then worked as a Northeastern Sales Representative at Bona AB, managing sales in the northeastern territory and developing lasting business relationships. Since 2018, Benjamin has been an Assistant Community Manager at Northland Investment Corporation, maintaining accounting records, assisting with leasing and marketing efforts, and handling delinquent accounts.
