Allen Charles

Allen Charles has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles in different companies. Allen started their career in 2000 as a Technical Support Rep at FedEx Express, where they worked until 2005. From 2005 to 2010, they joined Compugen as a MIS Sr. Infrastructure Specialist. Since 2010, Allen has been working at Northland Power Inc. Allen started as a Manager, Information Technology and held this role until 2018. From 2018 until their most recent position, Allen served as the Director of IT Infrastructure. Currently, they are the Senior Director of Global IT/OT Operations & Support Services at Northland Power Inc.

Allen Charles completed a Schulich Mini-MBA: Essentials of Management program at the Schulich School of Business - York University in 2017. Prior to that, they studied Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology at The City College of New York from 1997 to 2001.
