Blake Butler

Blake Butler is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in commercial real estate and structured finance. Currently serving as a CRE Debt & Structured Finance Analyst at NorthMarq since April 2019, Blake has previously held senior positions at Berkadia and Green Bank, as well as various roles in credit analysis and portfolio management at Regions Financial Corporation and BBVA Compass Bank. Blake began a career as a Financial Advisor at Raymond James & Associates and has foundational experience in sales management at Capital One Bank. This extensive experience is supported by a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Texas Tech University's Rawls College of Business.
