Michael Kapnick

Michael Kapnick is a seasoned real estate professional with over 20 years of experience in brokerage, consulting, and valuation engagements. Currently serving as Vice President of Investment Sales at Northmarq and as a Senior Broker at CPX, Michael has a proven track record, having facilitated the sale of over $600 million in office, retail, and industrial properties throughout the Pacific Northwest. Prior to these roles, Michael held the position of Senior Vice President of Investments at Marcus & Millichap from January 1997 to October 2021. Michael holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
