Mike Philbin

Mike Philbin is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in restaurant leasing, development, operations, and asset sales. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Co-Founder of the National Restaurant Group at Northmarq since December 2022, Mike specializes in restaurant leases and AUVs. In conjunction, Mike holds the position of Director at Stan Johnson Company since January 2021, focusing on NNN asset disposition and acquisition. Previous roles include Vice President at CBRE, where Mike specialized in single tenant net-leased asset sales, and Associate Director at Stan Johnson Company, advising a variety of stakeholders in retail real estate. Early career experience includes managing retail divestitures at Marcus & Millichap and leading acquisitions at R&R Capital. Mike holds a degree from San Diego State University, obtained from 2000 to 2004.
