Scott Lamontagne

Scott Lamontagne is a seasoned professional in the real estate industry, currently serving as Managing Director and Market Lead for NorthMarq since May 2020, where the focus is on providing comprehensive solutions for multifamily and mixed-use development. Previously, Scott held the role of Managing Director in the Capital Markets Group at JLL from July 2014 to May 2020 and served as Vice President Investments and Director at Institutional Property Advisors of Marcus & Millichap from August 2011 to July 2014. Scott's extensive career also includes various leadership positions at Marcus & Millichap from June 2003 to July 2014, primarily in commercial real estate sales and multifamily brokerage. Scott holds a Bachelor of General Studies in Business Communications from The University of Kansas, earned between 1988 and 1994.
