Travis Krueger

Since early 2019, Travis has been responsible for oversight of information technology, loan servicing, and corporate finance and accounting as Chief Administrative Officer. He is also responsible for evaluating and executing NorthMarq’s merger and acquisition activity, which has included more than ten transactions and expansion into multifamily investment sales. As part of the executive leadership team, he has worked to grow the firm to more than 550 employees, in nearly 40 offices, with a loan servicing portfolio exceeding $57 billion.

He previously served as Chief Financial Officer of NorthMarq and the other Pohlad-owned commercial real estate services companies from 2013-2018, and as Managing Director-Finance and Administration from 2012 – 2013.

Before he joined NorthMarq, Travis spent 13 years in public accounting, including approximately 12 years with McGladrey, where he served for six years as director. In that role, he was responsible for delivering a wide variety of assurance services to the financial services industry, including mortgage banking, community banking, investment companies, broker-dealers, and other specialty financial services companies including those involved in factoring, leasing, and asset based lending.

Travis received a Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of North Dakota, and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
