Gemma Edkins

Gemma (Gem) Edkins is the owner of Make that Change Ltd, providing transformative coaching and counselling psychotherapy services since September 2015. With over 25 years of experience in helping organizations achieve their visions and coaching individuals and teams, Gemma also works as part of the Mental Health Support Team at Northpoint Wellbeing and previously served as a volunteer counsellor at Unmasked Mental Health & Wellbeing Ltd and Calderdale College. Additional roles include Social and Emotional Mental Health Coach and Designated Safeguarding Lead at West Vale Academy, and board trusteeships with Healthy Minds Calderdale and Together Learning Trust. Prior experience includes significant consultancy roles in transformation and governance with the National Nuclear Laboratory and Co-op, along with advanced education in counselling, psychotherapy, and business administration.
