Brent Miles

With 18 years of real estate and economic development experience, Brent is responsible for all leasing and requests for proposals for NorthPoint’s expanding industrial portfolio. In addition, Brent also serves as head of the NorthPoint incentive and taxation team incentive offers and approvals, and governmental relations.

Brent’s day to day tasks include lease negotiations, contracts for incentives, real estate and land development negotiations, and governmental financing structures. Earning his undergraduate degree in Urban Affairs and his Masters in Public Policy, Brent spent the first 9 years of his career in the public sector.
