Chip Williams is an experienced loan officer with a background in various sales and business development roles. Currently serving at Northpoint Mortgage since June 2021, Chip previously held the position of Senior Loan Officer at Homeside Financial from June 2019 to June 2021. Prior to this, Chip owned H.C. Williams Contracting from April 2017 to October 2019. Additional experience includes roles as a Mortgage Consultant at Centennial Lending Group LLC, a National Account Manager at Carpenter Co., and a Business to Business Sales Consultant at Sysco Food Services. Chip also worked as a Business Development Manager at IndyMac Bank and as a Sales Representative at Carbite Golf early in the career. Chip holds a BA in Psychology from Plymouth State University and has further education from Southeast Missouri State University.
