Kristi Johnston

Kristi Johnston has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Kristi is currently employed as a Marketing Administrator at Northpointe Bank since July 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Custom Fundraising Solutions as a Customer Service Associate and Graphic Designer, where they traveled to different schools in West Michigan to organize mattress fundraisers and assist customers with inquiries and financial assistance.

From 2016 to 2017, Kristi worked as a Graphic Designer and Marketing Coordinator at HelloLife, LLC, where they marketed homeopathic products and created email campaigns and various eye-catching ads. Before that, they served as a Production Assistant at Allegra Marketing • Print • Mail - West Michigan, where they assisted with marketing and design projects and performed tasks such as envelope compilation and operating printing machines.

In 2015, Kristi gained experience as a Video Production Intern at GRTV, a local television station in Grand Rapids. Their responsibilities included coordinating weekly shows, shooting and editing videos for ArtPrize entries, and directing live panels.

Kristi also has experience as a Nanny for a family from 2010 to 2014, providing child care and support. During this time, they also worked as a Freelance Video Editor and Videographer for Custom Fundraising Solutions, editing promotional videos for school fundraising campaigns.

Kristi previously worked as a Freelance Video Editor for St. Mark Lutheran Church and engaged in freelance work in video editing. Their earliest experience was as a Museum Educator at the Children's Museum of Pittsburgh, where they greeted visitors, ran special programs, and ensured a positive museum experience.

In July 2020, they also acquired an Inbound Marketing Certification and a Social Media Certification, both from HubSpot Academy.
