Regina Cecconi

Regina Cecconi, PHR has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Regina is currently the Director of Human Resources at Northpointe Council, Inc. Prior to this, they have held various roles at Lions Clubs International, including Volunteer Lewiston Community Lion, Treasurer, Club President, Guiding Lion, District Governor, First Vice District Governor, and Zone 1 Chair. Additionally, they have worked as a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson at Deal Realty, Inc. Regina also has experience in HR, having worked as an HR Generalist/Assistant to the Executive Team and a Human Resources Generalist at HVR Advanced Power Components. Before that, they worked at Barneys New York as a Sales/Supervisor. Regina began their career at Niagara University as an IT employee with HR responsibilities, and they also worked at Lindt & Sprungli as an Assistant Manager/Key. Their earliest work experience was as a 5 Star Coordinator-Customer Service Manager at Joe Cecconi's Chrysler Complex, and as a Manager at Mikasa Factory Stores.

Regina Cecconi, PHR holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Communications/Art History from Niagara University, which they obtained from 2008 to 2011. Regina also received a Masters in Human Resource Management Certificate from Villanova University in 2013, and a Human Resource Generalist Certification from Rockhurst University in 2012. Regina is also a Professional in Human Resources (PHR®), certified by the HR Certification Institute in 2014. Regina has additional certifications as a Public Notary, obtained in 2013, and a Human Resource Generalist Certification from Rockhurst University, obtained in 2012. Regina also possesses an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Humanities and Social Sciences from Niagara County Community College and a Regents Diploma from Niagara Catholic High School.
