Pat Smerkers is the Senior Vice President of Finance and Operations of Northpond Ventures. Pat is a Board Director at ChromaCode. Pat is responsible for deal execution, along with the financial, operational, and administrative functions of the firm including financial reporting and analysis, facilities, and IT. Previously, Pat was a Senior Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers in their asset management practice focusing on alternative investment funds and firms, including venture capital. Pat earned an M.S. in accounting from University of Connecticut and a B.S. in accountancy from Providence College. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
